• Once your property is advertised on our website you may get inquires from people interested in staying there. Our system will inform you just in time when a request is made, sending you an e-mail.
• We do NOT ask for exclusivity, you are free to collaborate with other sites or travel agents.
• We are NOT intermediars, the clients will contact you directly.

Please notice, you have to use Internet Explorer browser (not FireFox etc.) in order to complete your registration.

Is FREE to be listed on our website:

• Free registration of your property;
• All your details (property pictures, address, information etc.) which you provided us during registration process will be posted on the website.

If you are interested, please REGISTER YOUR PROPERTY or contact us at: office@booking-flats.com if you need more details.

If you would like to advertise with us in terms of adding a banner/link on our site, below are our prices:

• Small banner (250x90) on sidebar of Home, Properties, Contact, Advertise with us, About pages: EUR 20 monthly;
• Small banner (250x90) on sidebar of Highlights pages: EUR 10 monthly;
• Large banner (250x300) displayed vertically on the right sidebar on Home, Properties, Contact, Advertise with us, About pages: EUR 30 monthly;
• Large banner (250x300) displayed vertically on the right sidebar on Highlights pages: EUR 20 monthly;
• Link with short description (max 5 words, o single line) on sidebar of all the pages: EUR 50 per year.
